Clinically proven saline nasal spray for adults and children 6 years and older. For the alleviation of nasal symptoms: 4 to 6 times a day, 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril. For daily use: 1 to 2 times a day, spray 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril.

Adults and children:

Adult supervision is recommended for use with children. Check that the spray works properly before proceeding.

TILT HEAD

Tilt your head to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the nozzle once firmly for 1-2 seconds. Let the solution act for a few seconds.

REPEAT

Repeat with the other nostril.

BLOW NOSE

Blow your nose gently.
